Dingyou (Diutan) Gum is a high-molecular-weight water-soluble microbial polysaccharide produced via microbial fermentation, widely used as high-performance viscosity modifying admixture for cement-based mortar and concrete. When mixed into fresh cementitious slurry, Dingyou (Diutan) Gum chains entangle and build a continuous elastic hydration network in the liquid phase. It delivers typical shear-thinning (pseudoplastic) rheology: instantly reduced viscosity under stirring, pumping or troweling shear force for smooth flow and leveling.
